For self-mastery to work, you must work on yourself, in time that will project outside of you and manifest in the reality it is directed to manifest in. All you can do is work on yourself, over time the collective will do the same. As more do it, it contributes to more becoming Masters easier, though when unbounded, you are all Masters.
