Once the Elite achieve their goal of a single currency for the world, they will have to have an organization to regulate and control its use. This will be the IMF or the World Bank, controlled by a group of elite oligarchs under the direction of another organization that will enforce the laws of the New World Order.

Those that own the central bank are the Rothschild Banks of London and Berlin; Lazard Brothers Bank of Paris; Israel Moses Sieff, Banks of Italy; Warburg Bank of Hamburg and Amsterdam; Lehman Brothers Bank of New York; Kuhn Loeb Bank of New York; Chase Manhattan Bank of New York and Goldman Sachs Bank of New York. The owners of these banks have controlled the United States since 1914. The question of tariff reform must be urged through the organization known as the Democratic Party, and the question of protection with the reciprocity must be forced to view through the republican Party. By dividing voters, we can get them to expend their energies in fighting over questions of no importance to us, except as teachers to the common herd. Thus by discrete actions, we can secure all that has been so generously planned and successfully accomplished.

The Bankers’ Manifesto was updated in 1934 and says about the same thing with minor modifications. One needs to consider the current state of home ownership in America with home owners mortgaged to the hilt. This is also a part of their plan because they do not believe in the ownership of private property. The ultimate ownership of all property is the State; individual so-called ‘ownership’ is only by virtue of Government, i.e., law, amounting to mere ‘user’ and use must be in acceptance with the law and subordinate to the necessities of the State..”876 The banks begin to offer loans at low interest rates, then the Federal Reserve begins to pull the strings of the economy and people who just bought new homes lose their jobs and go into foreclosure. Thus the bank ends up owning the home. The bank also owns the state. When the state begins to privatize state assets, entrepreneurs begin to borrow money to buy the state assets. Then they begin to lose money because the economy is sinking and the businesses that have been privatized are purchased by the globalists who are controlling the government behind the scenes anyway. Their plan for global domination is nearly complete.
