The Round Table Groups were run with the same pyramid structure as the Illuminati: only Rhodes and others at the top knew that the true purpose was to have Britain take over the world.

Many people and researchers look at all this and feel that the Illuminati-Freemason plan to conquer the world had morphed into the Round Table Groups and had been taken over by the power of the Rothschilds and the British Empire.

The British Empire dissolved in the early 20th century and, so, of course, could no longer be the viable channel through which the Rothschild-international banking network and Round Table Groups could control a world government. President Woodrow Wilson, and others from the Paris Peace Treaty, though, had close ties to Wall Street and the banking industry, and it was these men who were behind the creation of the League of Nations.

To those who contend that there is an agenda or conspiracy to have a world government, the belief and the evidence is that the League of Nations and then the United Nations were never created with the sincere purpose of developing more diplomacy between nations.

To those who believe there is a world government conspiracy, the League of Nations and then United Nations were created by the influence of the Rothschild international banking network for the purpose of influencing the nations of the world into losing their independence and sovereignty to a League of Nations or United Nations world government and then finding themselves living in a world government that isn’t a democracy, that has no bill of rights, and is being controlled and manipulated by the international banking network for their purposes, aims, and profits.

This would be the world government that Adam Weishaupt envisioned.

In 1920, according to Jim Marrs, the League of Nations sounded too much like world government to the United States Senate; the United States Senate didn’t want America to be part of any organization that smacked of world government, and, so, the Senate voted that America would not join the League of Nations.

So, twenty-five years later, in 1945, the Rockefellers, international bankers who had become associates and partners with the Rothschilds, in an apparent attempt to appease the US Senate, donated the land and money and built the new attempt at world government, the United Nations, on American soil. It is United Nations documents themselves, and the statements of United Nations officials themselves, that cause many people to believe that the true purpose of the United Nations is to fool and dupe the nations of the world into losing their independence and sovereignty to a United Nations world government.

The belief is that the big international banks and their multi-national corporations want some organization they’re running to be in control of global politics so that they can move around the world and do what they want and profit how they want without the interference of pesky things like the policies of national democracies and governments.

From 1948-1952, Brock Chisolm was the UN’s World Health Organization’s first Director-General, when he was quoted saying:

“To achieve world government, it is necessary to remove from the minds of men their individualism, loyalty to family traditions, national patriotism, and religious dogmas.” Robert Mueller, former Attorney General of the UN, once wrote:

“We must move as quickly as possible to a one-world government, one-world religion, under a one-world leader.”

Professor Quigley wrote, “There does exist and has existed for a generation, an international anglophile network, that operates, to some extent, in the way the Radical right believes the communists act…. This network … we may identify as the Round Table Groups. . . . I know of the operations of this group because I have studied it for twenty years and was permitted for two years in the early 1960s to examine its papers and secret records.” Quigley claimed the Round Table Groups “acted in secret” and their purpose was “nothing less than to create a world system of financial control in private hands able to dominate the political system of each country and the economy of the world as a whole. Morgan & Co.” Since its inception, many people have accused the Council on Foreign Relations, the nation’s most influential think tank, of having too much influence over American politics and being the “shadow government” that controls America.

Since the 1920s, CFR members have always held the most important positions in the US government and many of the policies that America adopts comes from the CFR. Fourteen secretaries of state, fourteen treasury secretaries, eleven defense secretaries, and scores of other federal department heads have been CFR members. CFR members also hold the most important positions in the media, in the corporate world, and in “all offices which may have any effect in either forming, or in managing, or even in directing the mind of man.”
