The Trilateral Commission described itself as a private, foreign policy discussion group. This group is reportedly comprised of some 200 prominent businessmen and intellectuals from North America, Western Europe, and Japan.

Recently, the commission is now described as a private international policy group. The word “discussion” was removed from their description. No one individual has absolute control within these two groups, they are ruled by consensus.

Those people and banksters who created the Federal Reserv Bank, also created The Council on Foreign Relations (CFR). The Federal Reserve bank is not federal at all, but a private bank owned by the banksters of Illuminati, and CFR is just a independent, nonpartisan membership organization, think tank, and publisher. Why, or how is it possible for a think tank to create a One World Government?

Congressman James E. Jeffries wrote, “If the Establishment is elusive in its identity, it certainly has a perceptible face in the Council on Foreign Relations…” Like its counterpart The Trilateral Commission, the CM is composed of Wall Street investors, international bankers, foundation executives, members of Think Tanks and Tax-exempt Foundations, ambassadors, past and present presidents, secretaries of state, lobbyist lawyers, media owners, university presidents and professors, federal and supreme court judges, and members of military leaders from NATO and the pentagon.

It was formally established in New York, on July 29, 1921, as a counterpart to a British group called, The Royal Institute of International Affairs (RI1A).

“The CFR and RIIA were originally intended to be affiliates, but became independent bodies, although they have always maintained close informal ties,” wrote James Perloff, in his well-documented book, The Shadows of Power. Its meetings are not open to the public and membership is by invitation only.

Like the Trilateral Commission, its membership list is publicly available. The CFR puts out a publication known as Foreign Affairs which has been called “the most influential periodical in print,” by Time Magazine. They are located at the Harold Pratt House, 58 East 68th Street in New York City, New York 10021.

It was originally dominated by J.P. Morgan interests, and began to gain momentum around 1927 with funding from the Rockefeller and Carnegie Foundations.

The founding president was John W. Davis, millionaire and personal attorney of J. P. Morgan. Some other early/founding CFR members included, Henry Davison, Thomas Thacher, Harold Swift, W. Averill Harriman, John Foster Dulles, Allen Dulles, Thomas Lamont, Paul Cravath, Federal Reserve architect Paul Warburg, Mortimer Schiff (Jacob’s son), Morgan partner Russell Leffingwell, and other Morgan partners. Jim Marrs wrote in his book Rule by Secrecy that, “Funding for the CFR came from bankers and financiers such as Morgan, John D. Rockefeller, Bernard Baruch, Jacob Schiff, Otto Kahn, and Paul Warburg.

Today, funding for the CFR comes from major corporations such as Xerox, General Motors, Bristol-Meyers Squibb, Texaco, and others as well as the German Marshall Fund, McKnight Foundation, Dillion Fund, Ford Foundation, Andrew W. Mellon Foundation, Rockefeller Brothers Fund, Starr Foundation, and the Pew Charitable Trusts.”

The CFR created junior chapters in most major cities called. Committees on Foreign Relations. These junior chapters hold periodic dinner meetings. Many researchers on this subject agree that there is an inner and outer core of the CFR and its interlocking Think Tanks.

Members of the outer ring are just window dressing or camouflage, and are not aware of the motivating factors of the inner-core. The inner-core appears to be members of the steering and advisory committees. Similar to the TC objectives, those of the CFR seem humanitarian on the surface. Describing this facade in his book, Who’s Who of the Elite, Robert Gaylon Ross explained,

“Let’s start with the smoke and mirrors furnished by the CFR in several of their Annual Reports.”

Quoting a CFR Annual Report from 1993-4, he said,

“The Council on Foreign Relations is a non-profit, and non-partisan membership organization dedicated to improving the understanding of U.S. foreign policy, and international affairs through the exchange of ideas.”

However, he states. “if you are doing something illegal, immoral, unethical, unpopular, and/or unconstitutional, you will do whatever is necessary to see that it is kept secret.”

Professor Sutton describes the CFR as “superficially an innocent forum for academics, businessmen, and politicians, [which] contains within its shell, perhaps unknown to many of its members, a power center that unilaterally determines U.S. foreign policy.”

He states that their true “subversive” objective is “the acquisition of markets and economic power … for a small group of giant multinationals under the virtual control of a few banking investment houses and controlling families.”

Former FBI Agent Dan Smoot observed the same veil of deception. In his book, The Invisible Government, he wrote,

“The leadership of the invisible government doubtless rests in the hands of a sinister … few.” Regarding the majority of members he stated, “Many, if not most, of these are status-seekers.” But warned, “The ultimate aim” of the CFR, “however, well-intentioned its prominent and powerful members may be” is “to create a one-world socialist system.”

When you see the word socialism think tyrannical dictatorship, dominated by the big corporations and international banks.

“A number of individuals are apparently invited into the CFR simply because they have a distinguished name or other enhancing qualities,” stated Perloff. He continued, they] join without endorsing or even knowing the Councils habitual viewpoint.”

“However,” he said, “The membership’s great majority … have been chronically pro-socialist and pro-globalist.” Professor Sutton recognized, “most members of the CFR have no knowledge of this diabolical plan. But there is an inner core within the CFR that … promotes it.”

Regarding the media blackout, Allen observed, “During its first fifty years of existence, the CFR was almost never mentioned by any of the moguls of the mass media.”

“And,” he added, “When you realize that the membership of the CFR includes top executives from the New York Times, The Washington Post, the Los Angeles Times, the Knight Newspaper chain, NBC, CBS, Time, Life, Fortune, Business Week, US News and World Report, and many others, you can be sure that such anonymity is not accidental.”

Referring to the whitewashed Reece Committee investigations which feebly investigated the Tax-exempt Foundations interlocked with the CFR, Smoot wrote, “The power of the Council is somewhat indicated by the fact that no committee of Congress has yet been powerful enough to investigate it or the foundations with which it has interlocking connections and from which it receives its support.”

He declared, “In 1939, the Council began taking over the U.S. State Department.” Admiral Chester Ward, former Judge Advocate General of the U.S. Navy, remained in the CFR for about 20 years and co-authored a book entitled, Kissinger on the Couch, where he wrote,

“Once the ruling members of the CFR have decided that the U.S. Government should adopt a particular policy, the very substantial research facilities of the CFR are put to work to develop arguments, intellectual and emotional, to support the new policy, and to confound and discredit, intellectually and politically, any opposition.”

The Admiral also warned that the goal of the CFR is the “submergence of US sovereignty and national independence into an all-powerful one-world government.”

In the August 1978 issue of W Magazine, former CFR President Winston Lord is quoted as saying,

“The Trilateral Commission doesn’t secretly run the world. The Council on Foreign Relations does that”

Rene Wormser who served on the Reece Committee investigating the multi-billion-dollar Tax-exempt Foundations and their interlocks, wrote in his book, Foundations, that “The Council on Foreign Relations” is “virtually an agency of the government: and that it is “financed both by the Rockefeller and Carnegie foundations, (and furthermore it) overwhelmingly propagandizes the globalist concept.”

Author Allen agreed when he wrote,

“The C.F.R. is totally interlocked with the major foundations and [other] so-called ‘Think Tanks.— Regarding the interlocking Think Tanks, Dan Smoot explained, “All of the organizations have federal tax-exemption as ‘educational’ groups; and they are all financed, in part, by tax-exempt foundations, the principal ones being Ford, Rockefeller, and Carnegie. Most of them also have close working relations with official agencies of the United States Government.”

Referring to the CFR’s infiltration into the White House, Senator Goldwater wrote in his book, With No Apologies, that the CFR has “staffed almost every key position of every administration since that of FDR.” The senate was apparently concerned about the influence and infiltration of the CFR into the White House. Quoting a Congressional Record, dated December 15, 1987, vol. 133, Perloft’ wrote, “Senator Jesse Helms, after noting the CFR’s place within the Establishment, put it this way before the Senate in December 1987: The viewpoint of the Establishment today is called globalism. …

Mr. President, in the globalist point of view, nation-states and national boundaries do not count for anything. Political philosophies and political principles seem to become simply relative. Indeed, even constitutions are irrelevant to the exercise of power…”

In an article called, School for Statesmen, which appeared in the July 1958 issue of Harpers, CFR member Columnist Joseph Kraft, proclaimed, “It [the CFR] has been the seat of some basic government decisions, has set the context for many more, and has repeatedly served as a recruiting ground for ranking officials.” Allen commented,

“The policies promoted by the C.F.R. in the fields of defense and international relations become, with regularity which defies the laws of chance, the official policies of the United States Government.”

“Today the C.F.R remains active in working toward its final goal of a government over all of the world—a government which the Insiders and their allies will control,” declared Allen.

“The goal of the C.F.R. is simply to abolish the United States with its constitutional guarantees of liberty. And they don’t even try to hide it.” Study No. 7, published by the CFR on November 25, 1959, advocates “building a new international order [which] must be responsive to world aspirations for peace, [and] for social and economic change.” This new order will include, “states labeling themselves as ‘Socialist’ [Communist].”

Allen refers to the CFR as the “invisible government,” and says it is “unquestionably” the “most influential group in America.”

Former Agent Smoot concurs, writing,

“I am convinced that the Council on Foreign Relations, together with a great number of other associated tax-exempt organizations, constitutes the invisible government which sets the major policies of the federal government.”

Continuing, he said, the CFR, “exercises controlling influence of government officials who implement the policies; and, through massive and skillful propaganda, influences Congress and the public to support the policies.” He stated further that, “the objective of this invisible government is to convert America into a socialist state and then make it a unit in a one-world socialist system.”

“We shall have world government whether or not you like it—by conquest or consent.” -CFR member James Warburg, testifring at Senate Foreign Relations Committee on February 17, 1950

Regarding the CFR’s plan for a single world government, Perloff said,

“The CFR advocates the creation of a world government.” And, “Anyone who cares to examine back issues of Foreign Affairs will have no difficulty finding hundreds of articles that pushed … this concept of globalism.”

“For decades,” said Perloff, “the CFR pushed this ascending approach to world government, with Foreign Affairs carrying such titles as Toward European Integration: Beginnings in Agriculture, Toward Unity in Africa, Toward a Caribbean Federation, and so on.” He quotes a 1974 article which stated,

“The house of world order will have to be built from the bottom up rather than from the top down … an end run around national sovereignty, eroding it piece by piece, will accomplish much more than the old-fashioned frontal assault.”

Very few people are aware of the existence of the CFR or its purpose. This appears to be the case with their interlocking Think Tanks such as the Bilderbergers and the Trilateral Commission. Perloff said,

“Today, probably not one American in five hundred can identify the CFR, despite the fact that it is arguably the most powerful political entity in the United States.” And Allen’s estimate is higher; he comments, “It is doubtful that one American in a thousand so much as recognizes the Council’s name, or that one in ten thousand can relate anything at all about its structure or purpose.”

Three associated organizations — the Council on Foreign Relations, the Trilateral Commission, and the Bilderberg Conference — have been attacked in recent years as being the secret power-brokers not only over the United States but also internationally. Here’s a brief rundown on these three organizations:

1. The Council on Foreign Relations is a private, U.S.-based organization established in 1921 and dedicated to a study of foreign policy. Its members include Republicans, Democrats, and independents. It is widely believed to have had considerable influence on U.S. foreign policy.
2. The Trilateral Commission is a private association of about 350 members established in 1973. The idea behind it was to develop closer economic cooperation between North America, Europe, and Japan. Its membership is said to include former Secretary of State Henry Kissinger; former U.S. presidents Jimmy Carter, George H.W. Bush, and Bill Clinton; former Vice President Dick Cheney; and Senator John McCain.
3. The Bilderberg Group, Club, or Conference is the strangest of the three associated organizations, as its 130 members meet only once a year. The group was founded in 1954 to counter growing anti-American sentiment in Western Europe by fostering mutual understanding between Europe and the United States. There are generally two invitees from each participating nation: one conservative and one liberal. The membership of this club overlaps to quite a marked extent with that of the Trilateral Commission and to some extent also with that of the Council on Foreign Relations.

These two fascist organizations is known as the Trilateral Commission and The Council on Foreign Relations (CFR). The House of Rothschild was up in arms with their follow elites; managing the creation of the New World Order.

The Trilateral Commission can be said to be the Bilderberg Group dressed in another frock because membership includes Japan’s elite. Both groups have the same goals. Both the Bilderbergers and Trilateralists are post-World War II Axis-influenced secret policy groups.

The deep state—the overworld-dominated institutions within and without the government—is not completely hidden. An institution like the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) is a visible, partially transparent component of the deep state. It is a nominally non-governmental entity funded by Wall Street in order to cultivate and utilize foreign policy “expertise.”

The Trilateral Commission is a transnational component of the deep state. Despite pretensions to “democracy” and endless attempts at instructing the world, U.S. “democracy” is, in reality!, largely a fraud, a hollowed-out shell, devoid of any substantive content. The word “democracy” cannot be found in the Constitution. or in the Declaration of Independence.

The United Nations is accepted in the world, but is slowly changed from a “peacekeeping force” to a “global police force.” The USA Republic is based on the Constitution. The word “democracy” cannot be found in the Constitution. or in the Declaration of Independence. “The Vatican condemned the Declaration of Independence as ‘wickedness’ … and called the Constitution of the United States ‘a Satanic document.’ Skull and Bones Order Founded at Yale. (On the surface this is just an exclusive fraternity. In reality, this order is an entry point into the Illuminati.)

The fact is that the U.S. government—led behind the scenes by the CFR—is largely run in an anti-democratic fashion by and for the interests of a financialized capitalist class, their corporations, and the wealthy families that control and benefit from these corporations.

No matter who is elected, people from the Council propose, debate, develop consensus, and implement the nation’s key strategic policies.

The deep state, in the form of the CFR, operates behind the scenes, making and enforcing important decisions outside of those publicly sanctioned by law and society. A focus on the Council on Foreign Relations is a key way to understand concretely the central sector of the ensemble of power relations in the United States and its informal global empire.

The globalized system that the Council operates within and influences the development of is monopoly-finance capitalism.’ Neoliberalism is today’s enabling and legitimizing ideology of monopoly-finance capitalism, helping the system grow and spread.

We say “capitalist” because this system is mainly privately controlled and has as its primary goal constantly increasing profits and the use of these for the endless accumulation of capital.

The plutocracy that dominates the system is centered in the United States, but has powerful allied branches in Western Europe and Japan especially. We say ‘monopoly” capitalist system because production is dominated by a relatively few giant multinational corporations able to exercise considerable monopoly power.

We say “finance” capitalist system because finan-cial speculation has become a key way that the stagnation tendencies of the system have been, at least temporarily, overcome.

Banking corporations like JPMorgan Chase, Citibank, and Goldman Sachs, as well as nominally industrial conglomerates like General Electric, all enjoy financial super profits under this regime.

The CFR network of people and institutions at home and abroad is extensive and is a key factor in the ongoing forging of a transnational capitalist ruling class.

What David Rothkopf (himself a Council member) calls the “superdass” and ‘Davos Mari—the six thousand individuals that he says run the world—has its main base in the CFR.’

Studying and understanding the Council is therefore a critical way to know concretely how a dominant economic class has ruled in the past and continues to rule today. Council leaden recognize these facts, but prefer to remain behind the scenes and to label the CFR the world’s leading” or “most influential” foreign policy organization rather than most powerful.’

This preference, along with its mode of operation, has resulted in the Council being less widely recognized than its real influence would suggest. A big and complex organization, the CFR is unique because it combines a well-staffed, scholarly think tank with a large and active dues-paying membership.

It has a long history, many faces, and multiple facets, including publishing Foreign Affairs, a magazine founded in 1922 that the Washington Post has called “the bible of for-eign policy thinking.” It has published tens of thousands of publications of van. ous types—from books to blogs—during recent decades.

During every decade, it holds thousands of membership meetings starring top political and economic leaders from a wide variety of nations, as well as many leading intellectuals.

The Council’s work since the mid-1970s has largely focused on creating, planning, pro-moting, and defending a US-dominated, world-spanning neoliberal geopolitical empire that, due to the resulting mass poverty of billions of people, has been called “a criminal process of global colonization” by the Brazilian theologian Frei Betto.’ Samir Amin labels the system as one that imposes a “Iumpen development’ model of pauperization and super-exploitation on the people of the South, the majority of humankind’ This imperialist empire is mostly an informal one, but its rule over and exploitation of a considerable part of the world and its people is nevertheless very real.

The Rockefeller and Carnegie foundations jointly created what is today the most powerful foreign policy pressure group in the world—the Council on Foreign Relations, which later came to be funded by the Ford Foundation as well. The CFR was also co-created by the Sovereign Military Order of Malta (SMOM) after their creation of the Royal Institute of International Affairs in 1919.

All eleven of the World Bank’s presidents since 1946 have been members of the CFR. These bankers have presented themselves as missionaries of the poor, by loan-ing capital (at interest) to the developing world. In reality, they are vulture capitalists.

The international and central banking systems are, at their core, designed to concentrate wealth in the hands of the very few and enslave the rest of us with the burden of ever-increasing interest payments on debt. This is debt which would never have ac-crued if countries were allowed to operate with sovereignty. According to The Times editor Sir William Rees-Mogg, “The value of paper money is precisely the value of a politician’s promise, as high or low as you put that; the value of gold, on the other hand, is protected by the inability of politicians to manufacture it:’

These powerful entities control the 1871 corporation known as the United States. Both are arms of the SMOM via their inner cores within “The City” known as Pilgrim Society, Order of the Garter, and Committee of 300.

Over the years, the CFR’s membership has included 22 U.S. Secretaries of State. There were five CFR members in the 1943 steering committee that planned the United Nations, and an $8.5 million grant from John D. Rockefeller bought the land on which the UN’s New York headquarters stands.

The CFR was instrumental in creating the United Nations. Interestingly, the SMOM has “permanent observer status” within the United Nations. By 1993, according to an editorial by Richard Harwood on the October 30’h oped page of the Washington Post, that power apparently has been con-solidated: “

That the CFR has been in control of the foreign policy of the United States for some time should now be beyond question:’ By 1947, the newly created CIA was supported by and began working closely with the CFR. At this point there becomes a big question of accountability.

According to John Stockwell, a former CIA official and whistleblowing author, “It is the function of the CIA to keep the world unstable, and to propagandize and teach the American people to hate, so we will let the Establishment spend any amount of money on arms:’ Clearly the CFR is the Establishment.

Filmmaker Anthony Hilder always maintained that the “CIA was the enforcement arm of the CFR.” With the CFR having control of the CIA, they are able to direct the narrative of world events, sometimes of their own making.

For example, the CIA originally introduced the term “conspiracy theory” to deflect those who denied the findings of the Warren Commission that Oswald acted alone in killing JFK.

Still today, esoteric researchers bristle at being labeled “conspiracy theorists:’ But what if there are “shills” undermining and steering the debate?

Another question asks if there are secret agents on the government payroll tasked with infiltrating and undermin-ing activist groups. A quote from “Countering Criticism of the Warren Commission Report,” a 1967 CIA dispatch, explains how to disarm conspiracy theorists: “

(4) hasty and inaccurate in their research, or
(5) infatuated with their own theories:’

The “War on Terror” is fake. It is a manufactured boogeyman. Aggressive acts against the United States take place in countries we are occupying, in which we are imposing an uninvited presence. America has created its enemies with its aggression. Terrorism acts are merely blowback from U.S. violent aggression. Ter-rorism is a tactic. It is a desperation tactic used by victimized peoples trying to protect themselves from the invasion of their sovereign nations, the destruction of their cultures and economies, and the killing of innocent people. A war on a tactic is a nonsensical and dangerous notion, and one that has led us into open-ended conflicts with no achievable goal. The people who have set up these vicious scenarios are the elite global power brokers.

We are not merely pawns in the game of life, but pieces who can move independently. It is up to each of us to change the world for the better by changing our thinking first. Do not accept tracking devices from the New World Order, do not accept poisoned food or water, do question any justification for war, and keep yourself informed through trusted sources on the Internet and inspired publications.
