Kundalini is the energy that enlivens, vivifies, and motivates the body and mind. Kundalini is always active. It fuels the entire human energy system, causing life energy to circulate within us on a continual basis. For most people, the extent of kundalini activity is minimal, though it is always operating within us to some extent.

The Crown Chakra gives you access to the power from on high. Baring fiery emotion and extreme passion occurs before the rebirthing. That confrontation with a base nature is the true meaning of a baptism by fire. It is the moment the real self faces reality. Burning away conceptual thoughts cannot occur if the fire of emotion is stunted. The mythical sword is symbolic, not real.
