This is the way of the Kundalini. It is sitting right there. Everyone is sitting on a jackpot, but they are all looking in other directions. They are not looking where the treasure is. So, they never realize something like this is there. Kundalini is that treasure within you which has been left unused, untapped. You could use that energy to transform this into a completely different dimension altogether; a dimension that you cannot imagine.

Awakening of Kundalini Shakti. Awakening of Kundalini is an initiation for entry into the ocean of divine knowledge and God’s kingdom. Sahasrara with Lord Shiva. Without awakening of Kundalini Shakti and rising it up to Sahasrara there can’t be any self-realization.

Kundalini is known as the most powerful type of yoga because Kundalini yoga deals with this powerful cosmic energy and, once it’s awakened, you open yourself up to a real and ultimate spiritual experience. When Kundalini rises up through the chakras you are opening the channels to bring light from the cosmos down through the crown and into the chakras, and you open up to higher guidance to allow freshness and insight to come in. A vision of God may take place, and the awakening of superpower faculties. To activate Kundalini you must prepare physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually to be able to support and hold this energy within your body.

Kundalini awakening can happened either consciously or spontaneously. There are many people who have awoken their Kundalini, but most people are not completely prepared for this experience. The awakening of Kundalini represents the communion between Shiva and Shakti – two great forces within you – and the understanding of truth behind the appearance. The purpose of kriya yoga is to awaken the chakras, purify the nadis and, finally, awaken the Kundalini shakti. Shakti is a powerful energy that an average person would find difficult to handle. Awakening Kundalini isn’t that easy. It requires a lot of self-preparation and self-discipline.

When Kundalini is awakened then during Samadhi ignorance is removed, the ego T is dissolved in the ocean of cosmic waves of God. The yogi realizes that there is no difference between his ego T and the Almighty God. When the ego T merges in God soul becomes one with God, then the yogi realizes the absolute state of Brahman i.e. Sat, Chit and Ananda. During this state we experience and realize the great powers of God i.e. omnipresence, omnipotence, omniscience etc. We realize that the whole universe is my physical body.

The most important part of our body is the medulla oblongata. It is also known as ‘the mouth of God’ or ‘the seat of soul’.  It is situated at the top end of our spinal cord, at the centre of cerebrum. For safety a fluid surrounds it. It is the centre of all the centers of life, in the brain and spine. Medulla oblongata is like the radio or TV antenna or the receiver of the life force from the cosmos. The other centers of the body are not the receiver but the storehouse and distributor of the life force, which has been received by medulla oblongata.

Sahasrara is not a chakra. But many call it the 7th chakra. It is the most important thousand-patelled lotus situated at the top of the brain. It is known as the “Hole of Brahman” and the dwelling house of the human soul. It is like the reservoir or the storage of the cosmic life force for the body. It is like the UPS / inverter for the power supply of the computer. It is experienced as the thousand-patelled lotus at the top of the brain to the yogis. From this life force is released or supplied to the body whenever it is required urgently in case of emergency.

At the time of death, if a yogi concentrates at the Sahasrara, and if his soul pierces through it, it bursts and opens. The soul of the yogi merges with Brahman and he becomes a liberated immortal soul free from birth and death.

Our brain and mind are like TV tuner, which tunes our mind to different cosmic wavelengths or states of consciousness like awakening, dream sleep, deep sleep & meditation etc. But the medulla oblongata is like a TV antenna, a receiver of the cosmic life currents. After receiving the life energy vibrations, these are reflected at the Aggyia Chakra situated in our forehead. Sahasrara is the seat of cosmic awareness and is the terminal point of the Kundalini Shakti.

When the Kundalini Shakti meets Shiva, it is the merging of our soul with Brahman (or Buddha or Christ).

Lord Shiva is seated as the Supreme awareness, the super consciousness or transcendental body at the crown of the head inside the Sahasrara. In the Vedas, as well as in the Tantras, this supreme seat is called Hiranyagarbha, the womb of consciousness. It corresponds to the pituitary master gland situated within the brain. For a Kundalini Yogi, the supreme consciousness represents the highest possible manifestation of physical matter in the body. This psychic, supersensory or transcendental power in man is the ultimate point of human evolution.”

We must find shelter within the nothingness. We are the sinning shadow of that which has never sinned. We must develop our internal powers, but we must dissolve the “I,” the myself, the returning ego. By dissolving the “I” we can obtain complete liberation. The ego is a horrible larva that is present within the various levels of the mind. Whcn the ego is dissolved, the great Lord of the Light enters the soul and dwells within.

The awakened Kundalini fire purifies and dissolves the elemental powers of each chakra, allowing our awareness to ascend to the next chakra. It also purifies the corresponding sense and motor organs, dissolving our ego attachment to them. In this process, one goes through the chakras from below to above starting with the root chakra. However, one must be ready for such a process by purification of one’s life style and emotional nature as a foundation for the practice to really work.

The role of Soma in the awakening of higher consciousness is probably more important than that of the Kundalini, though it is a secret not easily found. If one’s Soma is not first protected and prepared, the rising of the Kundalini can have side effects or fail to occur altogether. If our Soma or inner mind is pure, the Kundalini will naturally arise to receive it and will do so with grace and gentleness.

Kundalini, we must remember, is a force of the non-ego and for the ego to try to manipulate it will only serve to inflate the ego, taking it eventually to a point where it is likely to break and disturb the nervous system. Kundalini is a force of nature like lightning that is beyond our personal control or our ability to predict. To safely arouse the Kundalini requires the right life-style, emotional balance and power of concentration. In fact, if one has the right preparation, particularly the inner Soma to attract it, the Kundalini will arise in a gentle and harmonious manner. Kundalini is a sacred spiritual force, a power of the Goddess that we must approach with reverence, respect, devotion and humility.

To allow the Kundalini to arise in the best possible manner, we must first prepare our Soma. This means developing the cool, content, meditative mind of the crown chakra or lotus of the head. It requires that we ourselves, particularly our psychological natures, become the Soma and allow ourselves to be purified and consumed by the higher forces. As a power of fire, Kundalini requires our own internal purification or tapas. We must be willing to burn up our own ego in the Kundalini fire, which occurs in the lower chakras where both the ego and dwell.

These two poles of the kundalinrs mode of being sleeping and waking, taking and giving pleasure, allowing the body to be consumed by the fire of time and consuming the fire of time—these mundane and transcendent poles are identified as her “poison” and her “nectar.” The kundalini is poison when she remains asleep in the lower abdomen; she is nectar precisely when she rises up through the medial channel of the subtle body to reunite with Siva, the Absolute, in the yogin’s cranial vault. In the hatha-yogic sources, this union is in fact accompanied by an outpouring of nectar, which renders the yogin immortal (D. G. White, 1996).

The blazing lightning of kundalini strikes and the self dissolves — into everything. When the Ego perishes, order is restored to the universe and harmony returns to nature. After kundalini awakening you achieve a new awareness on your central nervous system called collective consciousness .

It’s a very difficult task that He performed. People at that point of time were absolutely ignorant about spirituality but He kept talking and through tales and parables He communicated that resurrection is the most important thing that they should try to achieve. He knew that when resurrection takes place, the Kundalini rises and connects you to the Divine Power, which is all-pervading. Then the person starts understanding that there’s a life beyond- a higher type of life which connects you to the Divine Power, a power that gives you the Absolute Truth. If your third eye is to be opened, meaning Christ consciousness is to be awakened on your Agnya Chakra.

The Kundalini is the Truth. When you will merge into the Truth, when you will get absorbed in it, only then you would understand that you are but an instrument of God.

Yoga is a science that advocates control of the mind, concentration or focused attention, and walking on the path of Truth. The second birth or Upanayana among the Hindus, or the Baptism amongst the Christians is nothing but the re-establishment of the connection with the Divine. This is possible only by the awakening of the Kundalini energy which after it rises, passes through the six energy centers and piercing the Sahasrara Chakra, establishes the union with the all-pervading power of God.

For the chakras to come into function depends upon a higher source of energy than the physical body can provide. This is the role of the kundalini shakti. Kundalini is not a physical force, nor something that the ordinary mind or ego can control. It is the concentrated energy of awareness or attention. Only if a person has one-pointedness of mind can kundalini come into function in an harmonious manner. Kundalini is not an energy apart from consciousness, but the energy of awareness that manifests when the mind becomes free from the fragmentation of thought and emotion based on the ego. The awakening of kundalini requires that the prana or life-force enters into the sushumna or central channel. This occurs when the prana is withdrawn from its fixation on the external world and removed from our sensory involvement.

Kundalini is a force of withdrawal, reversing the process of creation so that we can return to the One. Therefore it cannot function unless we reduce external involvement and attachments.
