Ego’ means the loss of one’s original consciousness of being eternal and individual, which is an illusion because in reality we are always parts of the Whole. Ego don´t see itself as part of a larger consciousness, but creates separation to survive
Ego survives solely through attachment, like a virus, which cannot function independently from its host cell. It cannot be emphasized too strongly that the ego has no life of its own. It is an illusion which keeps perpetuating itself through attachment to the individual and, by its various methods, tricking the individual into believing that he or she is the ego. When attached to the ego, the individual doesn’t “see” the ego. The ego has become invisible because the individual believes the ego is what he or she is and therefore, there is no experience of consciousness as separate from ego-mind. The attachment is complete. When attention is turned inward, the process has begun which will eventually result in the individual “seeing” the ego and finding its true Self.
The ego attach itself to the identification with the body and mass consciousness. The ego is not indenpendently because it needs both the body and mass consciousness to survive, and it needs low vibrational frequencies of negativity and fear to survive. The ego can´t exist in higher level of consciousness or vibrations without being dissolved, so it must create a constant enviroment that promotes negativity and fear programming (media). Alienation is a result when the ego creates separation from the real divine being. The ego attach to humans through body identification, psychology of entanglement, imitating and mimicking, through negative fear programming, through emotions and thoughts, and by social engineering (gmo, nanotechnology, chemtrails) and programming in media, and other methods is percecution and stalking, using noise harassment and sound frequency weapons as syntethic telepathy or voice to skull technology to occupy or bombarding the mind, and entangle the mind and prevent it from expanding in consciousness and awareness.
The ego needs these belief systems and concepts to survive or exist;
⦁ Need the five senses (disconnect the sixth sense)
⦁ Think you are the body
⦁ Needs to be attched to mass consciousness
⦁ Needs time scale of past and future
⦁ Needs state of duality (to create separation)
⦁ Needs to create a negative emotions and thoughts to control
⦁ Needs stimulate fear to keep humankind attached /tuned into a low vibrational energy enviroment
⦁ Needs negativity and fear to feed the matrix and keep humankind tuned into low vibrational frequencies
⦁ Needs keep humankind attached to the veil of ignorance (darkness)
⦁ Needs feed the ego mentality and become attached to fear of death
⦁ Needs to feed the ego-desire consciousness to make it attached and desire materialism
⦁ Needs to be attached mass consciousness, mass media, and mass technology (the matrix)
The ego has become the “God” of the collective awareness among energy systems within the mass of collective energy. The dividing factor of separation from spiritual energy and God’s energy was when the ego entered and took over the unconsciousness of the energy system. As long as the ego remains in control of the energy system, the truth of knowing God is inhibited. Spiritual energy and God’s energy must converge to allow total connection to the higher levels of consciousness. The ego suppresses spirituality and God’s energy, thereby, disconnecting the energy system from believing in anything greater than itself.
Falling into duality means going against the divine harmony of the Whole. Just as opposing the light creates shadows, opposing God creates the ego. ‘Ego’ means the loss of one’s original consciousness of being eternal and individual, which is an illusion because in reality we are always parts of the Whole. This opposition is an act of free will because it is neither forced nor necessary.
Under the influence of the ego, one’s original state of consciousness is covered and eclipsed. There is no longer the experience of eternity (timelessness, spacelessness). Consciousness is now projected into the duality of ‘past’ and ‘future’. All of a sudden, eternity and divine harmony look boring and impractical.
All of a sudden, one thinks that one has to be busy and has to become something. Why? Because one feels that one has lost something. And one starts to run and race, thinking this to be necessary! The concept of ‘having to become something’ comes out of the ego. It indicates that one has lost the consciousness of one’s original nature. In reality, ‘I am always what I am’ — the eternal indivisible part of the Whole. This is the deep meaning of the TAM consciousness’, a notion very common in modern esoterics. It is an essential truth. (Nobody speaks about an `I-BECOME consciousness’!)
Human beings on earth are exposed to various forms of a subtle-material, ethereal, electromagnetic and physical influence. All of these factors have causes and remote sources which are, directly or indirectly, dependent on conscious beings. Nothing happens by chance, neither the good nor the evil. Without manipulators the world would look quite different. If people were offered truthful, positive information and alternatives, they would certainly be very interested. If mass media were to communicate the basics of higher knowledge, a lot of people would immediately change many aspects of their lives. If they were offered a real choice, they would never have chosen the direction things are taking today.
They would have decided in favour of alternative research instead of nuclear, genetic and pharmaceutical research. Technocracy and exploitation would not be as dominant as they are today. If people were correctly informed, many would become vegetarians, and hardly anyone would support arms export, financial speculation and global centralization. And yet, these are the factors that dominate our lives in today’s civilization. Obviously it is not just the individual human being causing these things. There are external energies at work influencing man and imposing their own ideas.
However, this is the very illusion of those who have fallen into the trap of the ego. The term ‘ego’ refers to the principle that blocks the Light; the ego is created’ when beings decide to ignore the divine consciousness of their real identity as eternal parts of the Whole.
The global materialistic system can only survive within the dualistic tension of supply and demand. Stagnation is tantamount to a threat to this system. Content people are a potential danger because they might be interested in other things than mere production and consumption. Apparently, this system depends on people never finding real, inner peace! Is this the reason why the world is constantly being flooded with new needs, demands and products? At least one thing is obvious: The result is not content satisfaction but restless gratification. In order to avoid a saturation or stagnation of the turnover, consumption has to be continuously increased by the creation of new artificial needs, by new ways of propaganda, and by opening up new markets If that is no longer possible, consumption has to be expanded by yet another method, namely by increasing destruction.
When the physical became this self-contained belief system and that is what it was, a belief system within itself, so it began to lose the idea that it was connected to all other creations. It began to forget that there was no separation in the creative process. Creation as a whole is total and encompasses all that is. Everything that exists is one and you are a part of that one. The physical that you know is a part of the whole. You are one tiny little element of your state of consciousness. As you now begin to expand your awareness, you begin to expand into higher and more diverse states of consciousness.
The challenge when attempting to define consciousness is by defining it you already limit what it is because the vastness of consciousness is beyond the understanding of the analytical mind. Let’s explore the history of consciousness from its creation to today. As God or Universal Creativity became self-aware and thought, it contained all possibilities. It was pure consciousness. As that thought went forward, it created in its greatest purity and many unified fields of consciousness came into existence. Some of those unified fields have become self-aware and many have never become self-aware of their own existence. Those that have become self-aware projected outward a thought, but the moment consciousness projects a thought it believes it is the thought, and that is the beginning of limitation.
So if you are projecting the thought that you are this physical, human being, a consciousness expressing in this body that is a very limited view of consciousness. Whatever consciousness thinks it is, believes it is, that is all that it knows itself to be. If you think of consciousness in a totality of trillions upon trillions of unlimited, infinite, possible expressions but it only expresses a hundred of those, it only has a hundred thoughts of what it projects outward, it never knows that it is all the other possibilities, for it has defined itself by its own projections. That is what your consciousness continually does. That is why your creativity is also limited. Because as you project thought that is what consciousness believes itself to be and is totally unaware that it has other possibilities.
For the moment you define consciousness you have already limited its possibility. Then, when you attempt to have the unlimited creativity, you create from that limited projection because that is all consciousness believes it can be or do. Consciousness in its purest form contains every possibility. It has no limitation.
So, consciousness in its purest form has no limitation and can create things that have not yet been created in any universe as soon as it projects it outward. Now, sometimes consciousness, as it projects outward and it believes this is what it is, and hem’s a consciousness that projects and says this is what I am and then these two identities of consciousness cross paths; if there is compatibility, they unite and their creations may become broader, or there is conflict because they have a conflict of what they feel is required for their existence. And, that is how your separation and conflict comes about. So, it is all consciousness. Why is that so important? Because you race in every direction searching for a return to your totality, to your self-awareness, and yet, there is a limitation because the consciousness that projected you forward has a limited concept of what it is.
It was never intended that you would separate yourself from your knowledge, understanding and your truth of reality but somewhere in the physical existence you did this.
You began to think of physical as the Creator. The physical was the director. The physical became the dictator. You forgot you are the creator. A creation cannot exist if the creator does not exist. The creation cannot be sustained without the power of the creator. You may say, “Now, wait a minute, if something is created and it contains all the possibilities and something happens to the creator why can’t it stand alone?” It cannot stand alone simply because if something can happen to the creator then it can happen to the creation. The creation will become a creator as existence continues to expand. As a creation becomes self-aware, it becomes a creator of other creations and so the creative process will always be.
Fear and illusion are synonymous. Fear has no reality whatsoever. Fear is that component of the illusion that says you can be destroyed somehow, or you can be harm or you can experience pain which is perceived to be all very real to the ego. The large part of the illusion lies in who you believe you are. In the perceptions of many lifetimes you believe you have a physical body that can be destroyed or can be hurt. You believe that you can be controlled. You believe that you can control others. There are a lot of beliefs that you have. Now, these beliefs say that you are in danger, and so the beliefs d say you are in danger translates to fear. Fear started expressing through emotions. Now fear began to express itself emotionally in many ways as the ego reacted to its perception of its experiences. Fear reacts in the emotion of happiness.
The illusion is the ego’s limited belief of who you are. The illusion is that little tiny pie-shape of your total consciousness, when reality is the totality of who you are. If you knew your reality, you would have no reason for fear, because there would not be anything that would take place that would create the reactions that you are having in this limited state of illusion. “Fear and illusion” versus “Divine Love and Reality”. Fear expresses as an emotion, a part of the ego system, a belief system of this limited part of your knowing of your consciousness. Fear expresses as the ego belief you are separated from your soul’s
“Fear and illusion” versus “Divine Love and Reality”. Fear expresses as an emotion, a part of the ego system, a belief system of this limited part of your knowing of your consciousness. Fear expresses as the ego belief you are separated from your soul’s totality, and therefore you do not know you create your own reality, which leads to perceiving your physical existence can be harmed or destroyed. Divine Love and Reality is an awareness of the totality of who you are, and with that awareness you know you cannot be harmed or destroyed.
Humanity long ago ‘fell from grace’, or the self-aware state of your beingness, into physical survival. You have become frightened for your physical survival, the physical survival of your planet, as well as the physical survival of other species and life forms on your planet. You fear the survival of cultures and indeed, of your very own self. Because of those fears you have created social structures in the attempt to retain a degree of safety. More and more you have separated yourself from your own spiritual power and your own spiritual awareness. You have become dependent upon the illusion to provide you with what you already are, and it cannot. You believe that somehow your social structures, your defense mechanisms, all the things you believe will keep you safe will protect you and they cannot. They have no power. All they can do is keep you imprisoned within the illusion.
Spirit does not have limitation. The spirit, the God essence within you cannot align with your thoughts enough. That level of consciousness cannot align enough that you’re able to have the creations that you desire. You must go beyond the mind. What if you don’t know what going beyond the mind means and you don’t know how to get there?
A quick answer is you explain to your mind that you are safe when you meditate and there is a great benefit achieved of manifesting your desires through calming the mind and aligning your thoughts and your divine essence. As thought creates the possibility, the possibility begins to take a form, whatever that may be. This will begin to be a dominant energy pattern as it expands either through uniting with another similar creation or from you holding a very strong focused thought over and over again. That dominant energy pattern can then form its own possibilities. Humanity was a possibility in an energy pattern before we existed in physical form. Before we were physical our thoughts formed the possibility of a vibrational rate that gave something physical that would be called humanity. As the possibility begins to unite with other possibilities or other manifestations, then you begin to shift energy patterns. This is how you shift it within yourself. It’s how you’re shifting your world.
Ego is only an illusion that you believe to be true. Just as you must not give your power to the drama of the appearances, you must remember to not give your power to the appearance that your ego is projecting into your life. Always remember this projection is merely a staged form of an experience. The personality, the soul, the reality of who you are, is, always has been, and always shall be spiritual. The ego will choose pain over pleasure, because it validates its’ existence. Therefore pain attracts the ego. Without pain there is no entrapment. With the pain comes the fear, and with the fear, comes the need for the ego to run the show.
When you observe in present-time, the veil is neutralized, allowing observation from the Higher Mind. It’s here where this partition or veil is dismantled and reconstructed into its originally intended function: to open your awareness of the multidimensional consciousness from where you have come.
Focusing your consciousness multi-dimensionally is about bringing all of your consciousness to the mind, allowing the higher mind to play a part also, and to bring this into your life, as part of it. If you desire for this in your life, you will find that new pathways need to be made within the present brain, on various levels, as it is currently not totally connected to the vaster capabilities possible. This process will be like a rewiring; to enable more refined frequencies to enter into the mental etherics. Most of the brain structure is simply coded out of receiving these higher impulses, much like tuning certain channels out on a T.V. set. Then, they will be pushed back into the subconscious, and accessed through dream state, perhaps, or in meditation. The ideal, of course, is not to need to go back to access, but to be in the present all of the time as this is the vaster part of who we are, and we are here to live that, to know of all that we are, here on earth.
As a result of flawed thinking (caused by a negative programmed mindset), most people either do not have the required tools, or are not interested in obtaining the knowledge for freedom or higher. Freedom and higher consciousness require a desire to be free, effort, work, and change, all of which most people are programmed to avoid. The objective of this kind of programming is to have people lose the ability to think freely. – ‘whatever you do not use you lose.’ Many people often want or seek the benefits of freedom without paying the price. However, freedom is never free.
Another common misunderstanding to the untrained eyes is how freedom is defined. Freedom is generally defined as the opportunity to get a “good” education, a “good” job and be financially sufficient to provide for their families. The definition of true freedom is a freed mentality. A freed mentality ensures people can have all of their desires, and also be in full control of their thoughts and mind.
With mental freedom, people can learn who they are, understand the role they play in the broader scope of the universe; appreciate and value themselves, others, and the natural environment, and be much better equipped to understand how societies and organizations are structured to control the minds of the masses.
Once you are able to free yourself mentally, finding the real purpose for your existence will no longer be a challenge. Many people, regardless of how well educated they are, regrettably continue to be very narrow-minded when it comes to matters about the process and methods of achieving mental freedom. They feel this way because they are either unfamiliar with the subject, or have been programmed to reject such information as real and essential.
Thinking that mental freedom is something that can easily be attained is a colossal mistake. It requires a strong desire, clarity of thought, discipline, effort, work, courage, sacrifice, and change. Most people are just not prepared to be free -they have no control over their thoughts or their lives.
A large portion of their decisions derives from their societal programming. This fact is suppressed by the widely held view that people make decisions based on their personal choices and preferences. This view is merely a misconception. What many are ignoring either through ignorance or deliberate rejection is the fact that, the choices people make derived from their subconscious programmed condition and manipulated mentality.
You may be asking yourself, “if everyone can change his or her condition by simply changing his or her thinking, why then more people are not doing so?” The answer is, lack of knowledge that they have the power to do so, lack of motivation, or closed-mindedness due to social conditioning.
“When you control a man’s thinking you do not have to worry about his actions.”
When we begin to live the spiritual life , a reversal of consciousness takes place which is proof that we have entered the spiritual life. To live the spiritual life it is a reversal of consciousness that is necessary. This cannot be compared in any way with the different faculties or possibilities one has in the mental field. As a consequence of the total change and reversal of consciousness establishing a new relation of Spirit with Mind and Life and Matter. The ability to energize the spirit enables us to reverse the aging process to some degree.
The reversal represent change or movement turning consciousness inward from the outer external ego.
And as soon as one is turned towards the spiritual life and reality, one touches the Infinite, the Eternal, and there can no longer be any question of a greater or smaller num-ber of capacities or possibilities. It is the mental concep-tion of spiritual life which may say that one has more or less capacity to live spiritually, but this is not at all an ad-equate statement. What may be said is that one is more or less ready for the decisive and total reversal. In reality, it is the mental capacity to withdraw from ordinary activities and to set out in search of the spiritual life which can be measured.
The yogi learns to find God in the cave of his heart, not in mass consciousness. In fact, humans have not just “one” heart but more than one heart. Our second heart is the emotional heart, which is the seat of emotions and feelings. .”‘ Beyond these two hearts is the third heart, the spiritual heart. It is the center of higher consciousness, the seat of the true Self. It is also the center where spiritual seekers focus their awareness on the objects of their meditation. Discover the cave of the heart is like discover a new continent, a new level of consciousness, a inner Kingdom or Heaven, and is able to see this new spiritual content when the “ego” vanishes, and we will encounter the state of timelessness and Oneness. The ego shrouds the timelessness state (Oneness) with its own concepts of time and duality (separation).
What did the ancients know that we do not? Why are we nor always at the height of our awareness? Why at times throughout human existence did some civilizations seem to have great technologies and an inside track on infinite being? How did they know, for instance, how to create technologies for the distribution of power, for atomic pro-cesses, for utilizing harmonics to change the fabric of creation?
How did the ancients know about alchemy, such as the manufacturing of monatomic gold in the form of white powder that could be ingested, thereby introducing a conductive material into the physical body that would heighten conscious awareness?
Why was knowledge of this rite and other secrets limited to pharaohs, priests, kings, and wise men? What was hidden from the people at large? Exactly the same information that was taught to select apprentices at the mystery schools: access to higher consciousness led to altered and infinite reality. In the first part of this book, we will explore evidence of ancient times and people. What the ancients left behind was every key that we need to know about who we are and what we are capable of.
Once we have a grasp of the concepts the ancients left for us, we can learn how to apply them to this now. For instance, when do people begin to realize that the possibilities of life are much greater than they had previously imagined? Is there an impetus, a moment in time, or some vast or tiny change inside of them that flips switches of awareness? Is this an individual happening, or does it occur across the populous of the planet?
Does consciousness actually expand, or do we just reconnect with it? Does our consciousness have anything to do with our creative processes? Do we create our own realities, or do we just live in the realities that we find ourselves in? Do we have the power to change our realities as individuals or as groups? Is there a time when consciousness evolves and awareness becomes keener? If so, are we affected physically? Do our brains change in response! Does our DNA have some special coding or instruction contained within it that instigates or responds to higher awareness under certain circumstances?
Does intelligence make us more consciously aware? Does conscious awareness make us more intelligent? Are there signs of impending awareness expansion, and if so, how can we recognize them? Inherently, we are created to seek our source, to reconnect with our divinity, and yet in the current world condition, many of us feel empty, unfulfilled, even lost. We aren’t even sure of what we believe because there is so much information available to us.
We grasp at the tried and true, or we become immersed in religion, hoping that it will fulfill us, or we try every esoteric practice that comes along. Inside, we feel a need to return home, but we can’t seem to remember where home is. We want to feel emotional expansion to the depths of our being, but we have covered our emotions for so long that we aren’t even sure how emotions do feel.
We confuse our emotions with our mental perceptions and make our way rationally through our limiting thoughts. We seem to forget that we are capable of great depths of emotional maw-rience. We become unhappy, dissatisfied, and bored, succumbing to the idea that this must be all there is. How sad is that?
What if we realised that it is all simple! We can. We can find that we are everything that we seek and that everything we seek also seeks us.
What if we realized that we are capable of creating whatever reality we want, anytime, anywhere! What if we didn’t just know we could? What if we did? All chaos is ‘nothingmore than a series of simplicities that have become entangled.
Thus our term matter-consciousness is equally valid as mass-consciousness and therefore also energy-consciousness.
The masses are made up of individuals and to change the consciousness of the masses — the consciousness of the individual must alter. As we alter our consciousness and awareness, we will understand who we are, why we are here, and what part we are destined to play in creating this new age.
The ancients knew these secrets, and now you will too. The consciousness of change is a very real state of being. It is not a gimmick. We don’t have to buy anything. We already are the change! The consciousness of change is our sense beyond our five physical senses, and it is even greater than our intermittent sixth sense. The consciousness of change leaps into the universal construct as our seventh sense. Our seventh sense is infinitely aware, even though we may not be conscious of that awareness. But what if we were? What are we missing? How can we open the door to our seventh sense, so that we can take advantage of all that creation has to offer us?
Energy systems that are guided only by the ego are more likely to be engulfed into the influential power of the mass of collective energy. Ego based energy systems often perceive the world as being a terrible, negative place to live. Their perceptions create hostility and hate within them.
They project their negativity into the world, feeding the negativity within the mass of collective energy. This negativity is what positive, awakened energy systems are constantly fighting against. Positive awakened energy systems are higher conscious beings that can see past the smokescreens of the ego to get to the truth. Since the mass of collective energy is predominantly derived from the unconscious ego, awakened energy systems are considered outcasts and have to lead a life of repressed identity.
Revealing their true self causes ridicule, persecution, and never ending insults of projections of being labeled as delusional or heretics against the false reality belief system within the mass of collective energy.
The fact that a synthesized approach to integrated ascension will free you from the necessity to reincarnate upon the four lower worlds (physical, etheric, astral, mental) is true indeed. Likewise, is it true that as a fully integrated ascended being you will have vast potential both to express and to serve upon these lower worlds, and in joy you will be living out the wisdom and grace spoken of by beloved master Jesus when he told his disciples to be in the world but not of it. These worlds will become to you realms of experimentation and service rather than the enforced school of endless lessons and experience that they were before you achieved the status of the integrated and fully realized ascended master. Therefore, while remaining in incarnation as an ascended being, you will not be leaving your life behind, but expanding it to include the divine. Ascension goes hand and hand with descension. Therefore, as you bring your Earth-self unto heaven, so do you bring and anchor your heavenly self upon the Earth.
As the process moves inward, the wall between ego-consciousness and the unconscious is gradually dismantled, the deflation of the inner world is reversed, and the fullness of psychic reality becomes visible again and available to direct experience. This activation of the unconscious expresses itself at first in the form of psychic dissociation, as the emergence of a multiplicity of complexes, often frightening to the ego,and of part-personalities, images, and instincts. The deflation of the inner world, which was so important to the development and self-confidence of the ego, is now suspended, and, as a result, ego-consciousness can easily become deflated instead.
Those for whom these collective problems have become a personal problem, and a problem of consciousness, are the vanguard of the collective, no matter whether the overwhelming situation seized them as a result of crisis or of illness. They make the journey into the unconscious in the same way that, centuries ago, seafarers journeyed over the earth’s oceans to discover new continents.
What happens when this “ego” which degrades our being — divine in its essence — disappears?
When the “ego” vanishes, we will encounter the state of timelessness and Oneness.
With its disappearance, the fragmentary energies and characteristics which sustain its fictitious structure will also disappear. As the “ego” vanishes, we will encounter the state of timelessness; we will function as Oneness, in perfect order and harmony. From that moment on, every-thing Life brings in our path is solved in perfect simplicity. Therefore, point your full attention to everything that appears in the field of consciousness as “ego” or will. The simple encounter with the humble silence of the mind makes them disappear, without any intervention on our part. From now on, the whole being is illuminated by the Sacred — present within each of us — uniting us with the One Reality, where we live and experience bliss as a state of Pure Consciousness, in the climate of divine greatness.
The ‘cave of the heart’, In fact, humans have not just “one” heart but more than one heart. The heart we are most familiar with is the anatomical heart, a hollow, muscular organ that pumps blood throughout the body. Our second heart is the emotional heart, which is the seat of emotions and feelings. Yogis characterize this seat of emotions as the point where the two psychic channels, ida and pingala, cross to form “the knot of Vishnu.”‘ Beyond these two hearts is the third heart, the spiritual heart. It is the center of higher consciousness, the seat of the true Self.
“The Self is like a grain of rice, as small as a fragment of golden millet; form residing in the cave of the heart, shining like a smokeless fire, the Self bigger than the sky”.
“In the region of the heart, there is a lotus in the center of which there is a circle the size of an atom wherein is found the individual soul, which is light. . . . When thought rests in the very center of the lotus, it attains Knowledge.
It must be remembered that the psychic centre is not located in the physical heart or in the heart chakra, though it is often confused with this heart centre. It is lo-cated behind the heart cakra, deep within on an inner plane.
Thus the heart is more than a physical organ; it is the seat of our higher consciousness and the springboard for self-transformation.
The Secret Chamber of the Heart, containing the Crystal Cave is the open door to the microcosm and to the macrocosm, where one can explore the beauty held within, of the higher dimensions, and of our own Self transformation. Through the process of transformation, the Soul in Matter is gathering and balancing all aspects of the Self or Resurrecting all aspects of the Self from all dimensions, to enable marrying all aspects of the Self as one with the purity of the Self in Spirit, or Ascension.
The threefold flame of Life is the divine spark. Also called the Christ flame and the liberty flame, or fleur-de-lis, it is the spark of a man’s Divinity, his potential for Christhood (or Buddhahood).
Our being are in the by separative ego – consciousness. Separated ego consciousness is also the mass consciousness. The ego is the part that creates separation from the real divine self and to overcome alienation it easier to stay in the state of mass consciousness.
The yogi learns to find God in the cave of his heart, not in mass consciousness.
The ‘cave of the heart’ is a well-known traditional expression: the Sanskrit word guha generally designates a cave, but is applied also to the inner cavity of the heart, and consequently to the heart itself. This ‘cave of the heart’ is the vital center and the unconditioned Atma, which is in reality identical with Divine itself, as we have explained elsewhere.’ This word guha derives from the root guh, meaning ‘to cover’ or ‘to hides, which is also the sense of another similar root, gup, whence gupta, applied to everything of a secret character, everything not outwardly mani-fested; it is the equivalent of the Greek kruptos, which gives the word `crypt, synonymous with cave.
Each of us is invited to discover for ourselves where the cave of our heart is located within us. We learn to do this through repeated tuning in to the homing frequency at the depth of our being. The following heart meditation invites you to enter the cave of your heart, to rest there, and to begin to attune yourself to its subtle frequency.
Man ‘ s eternal soul can never be permanently satisfied with non – eternal happiness . … world , which ultimately bring nothing but weariness , looks for the real freedom and bliss dwelling in every heart , but obscured by the veil of ignorance .
In fact, humans have not just “one” heart but more than one heart. It is also the center where spiritual seekers focus their awareness on the objects of their meditation. In the case of those practicing theistic meditations, the object is usually their Chosen Deity.
All of these “hearts” are located in the same region. A surgeon can see the anatomical heart at the time of heart surgery. Ae emotional heart can be felt very palpably when a person is moved by a strong surge of emotion. Ae spiritual heart, though, can neither be seen nor felt so easily. It needs to be discovered or awakened. Ae spiritual heart is dormant in most people, its presence obscured by the veil of ignorance, past mental impressions, and desires.
The Divine Self is difficult to see because it is lodged inaccessibly deep in the cave of the heart which is itself situated in the midst of misery.” The “cave of the heart” is the spiritual heart and “misery” refers to the body and the senses, which are the source of pain and suffering and the consequent misery.’ What is the “spiritual heart” really? It is the faculty of spiritual intuition ( buddhi) through which supersensuous knowledge comes.
According to Yoga-Vedanta psychology, the mind has two layers: one layer (called manas) classifies information received through the senses and also detects sensations like pain and pleasure; the second layer (called buddhi) makes decisions. Both the functions, analysis and synthesis, that these layers perform are important and useful in life. Very little of buddhi is actually used, or even needed, for our daily activities and encounters, which are mediated through the senses. Ae partially functional buddhi is not enough, though, for experiences that are beyond the reach of the mind and the senses. In most people, the power of the buddhi is latent and needs to be awakened.
The buddhi, once awakened, becomes fully functional and then becomes more than mere “intellect.” It is the faculty of spiritual intuition and it is this that is described in the Upanishads as “heart,” “the lotus of the heart,” or “the cave of the heart.” The awakening, or the discovery, of the spiri-tual heart is the first real spiritual experience meditators get, and it opens the door for more experiences in their spiritual journey. This process of consciously directing a single stream of thought toward a higher spiritual center—usually the heart—is called meditation.’ For meditation to succeed, the mind must be fixed at the heart (or, whichever higher center one is focusing on) and this becomes possible only when the spiritual heart is discovered. Since the mind cannot be fixed at an imaginary place, it wanders aimlessly during meditation, a common experience that most beginners in meditation practice are familiar with.
Unable to locate the spiritual heart, most meditators succeed in concentrating only on the emotional heart. 6 Devotional practices such as prayer and worship often activate the emotional heart first and then, gradually, they awaken the spiritual heart. Ae spiritual heart is beyond emotions.
The discovery of the spiritual heart is a fascinating experience. In the early stages of meditation practice, everything within the body of the meditator appears to be solid, and darkness is all that is seen when the eyes are closed. The spiritual heart has not been located and, until it is, those attempting meditation appear to be fumbling their way in what seems like a dark room or a tunnel.
What sustains this search is intense faith and what fuels it is purity of purpose, purity of emotion, and purity of reason.’ Suddenly, when one is least expecting it, the darkness within gives way to a glow of light and one discovers space, a space that is much larger than that occupied by the anatomical heart. Ais inner, lighted space is the seat of pure, objectless consciousness.
This is the spiritual heart. The longer one dwells in it, the larger the space becomes. The inner space has no boundaries. Enthroned in the center of the spiritual heart is the Chosen Deity, which the medi-tator is now able to see in perfect clarity. This is the place where the Upanishads locate the true Self ?
A strong anatomical heart ensures good physical health. A purified emotional heart ensures good emotional health. An awakened spiritual heart ensures good spiritual health. Physical health and emotional health are both important for a happy, fulfilling, meaningful life. They are inadequate, though, when life eventually meets its inseparable coun-terpart, death. What survives death and destruction is spirit. Without the direct experience of one’s true Self, the spirit within, a person remains trapped in the endless circle of birth and death.
Spiritual life is a life rooted in the spirit, and the spirit is discovered in the light of buddhi. The light of buddhi is not different from the light of the spirit. Seeing that light is really being that light. It is through the spiritual heart that we enter the realm of being. According to Vedanta, we have “become” mortal, imperfect, and bound by forgetting our atman nature. In order to recover our apparently lost memory, we have to end the process of “becoming” and begin the process of “being” what we always are—immortal, perfect and free.
The Buddhi and Christ Consciousness is same higher level of energy and consciousness within the heart.
When most of us consider spiritual development, we think about developing our minds or connecting with spiritual realms. Seldom do we realize that it is through the feeling nature—our hearts—that most of the real spiritual work is done. It is primarily through an awakened and living heart that spiritual realms are reached. Our minds are but the surface of the deep well of being that is our hearts. Spiritual development begins and ends with awakening, purifying, strengthening, refining, and expanding our heart qualities.
Consciousness itself develops through awakening, purifying, strengthening, refining, and expanding the deep feeling nature. When consciousness is fed only through the mind, it remains narrow and undernourished, but when it also receives sustenance from the heart, it can take its rightful place in life. This process of transformation in know as alchemy, and transmute the leaden consciousness into golden consciousness.
All of us, in our own process of awakening, will visit the limitation of our personal will. Most of us will visit it several different times, on deeper and deeper levels, until it is fully extinguished. The loss of personal will isn’t really a loss at all. It’s not as if we become the doormat of humanity, that we stop knowing what to do or how to do it. Quite the opposite happens. By surrendering the illusion of the personal will, a whole different state of consciousness is born in us; a rebirth happens. It’s almost like a resurrection happens from deep within us. This resurrection is very hard to explain, like many things in spirituality, but in essence we start to be moved by the completeness and totality of life itself.
“When we awaken to our own light, it becomes possible to develop real wisdom about our life.
When opposing forces of duality (opposites) come together or is neutralized and balanced into Oneness a third force is created. This is the work of spiritual alchemy, to overcome duality and opposites, and the outcome from this is Oneness and the new third force of Oneness.
The ego don´t want you to have access to your loving authentic self.
Ego is defined as: “A distortion in the perception of the self created by an adherence to fear-based paradigms. The Ego identifies with external values and is reactive in nature.”
Identity is defined as: “The spiritual-based Self that identifies with inner values of Truth and Love and is Proactive in nature. The Identity is the Authentic Self, which is positive and creative.”
In the World of the dark ego, the act of authenticity and connection will appear like the illusion. You may lose you faith in your connection as you experience invalidation toward what you feel as right. Since the dark ego will not Love, it will not support your Loving connection with yourself. As you express your authentic self to have the Truth, accept your doubts within and in the World around you as you will threaten the dark ego. Accept any invalidation that may come your way for the reaction to preserve the dark ego is fear needed to be healed. You will find that the dark ego defends itself with fear and you may be tempted to match it only to go into competition with it and thus yourself.
Our authentic heart has been variously called our true self, real self, or genuine self (psychological terminology)—or our higher self, Buddha nature, God within, or Christ within (spiritual language). Both psy-chological and spiritual traditions recognize that something deep, powerful, and real exists within us, waiting to be discovered or born. This is our true nature.
So, spirit lives in our hearts and can move through our mind, will, and emotions. Spirit moves the soul. But we can lose touch with spirit when negative layers of thoughts and emotions cover the heart and soul. This makes us forget our true being. The purpose of healing is to align your soul with spirit. Healing ensures that you are not being ruled by negative emotions of the personal self but by the nature and spirit of God. All these negative thoughts are the functions of the lower mind, and they cause the soul to live in darkness because the mind has essentially switched off the light. The light is still there but it will only shine when the mind is switched to operate on a higher energy of consciousness.
Your thoughts have the ability to create higher or lower states of consciousness in your soul. When you are aware of your thoughts, feelings, and emotions, you enable yourself to merge with higher levels of consciousness, which can elevate your mind and allow for a heavenly way of being to exist within you.
The healing, love, wisdom, and all the revelation you seek are in you through the spirit of God. This means as you move, God moves.
With grief, when the mind, will, and emotions are not guided by the spirit, the soul will try to wrap itself around the concept of the death experience. When this happens, our mind, will, thoughts, emotions, or our soul, becomes frayed and are misaligned with the consciousness of God. The light has been turned off and disconnected. It is important to manage all the aspects of our being and be led by spirit. Only with spirit, which resides in the heart and manifests through our being, can our souls find the peaceful state of consciousness as the heaven within us, the eternal light.
Your heart has been covered and forgotten when the One Spirit who lovingly created you is separate from your being. This is when you need to search the depths of your heart. You need to remember all that is eternally yours and connect to God, which is the Truth or Divine Intelligence that manifests itself though all existence and physical form.
Ultimate truth is your knowing of the divine within. It is your union with God. This awakening of consciousness allows you to become one with the ultimate truth of your being and the guardian of your soul. It allows you to connect to the infinite spirit within and beyond you, so the light of heaven can meet earth each day with eternal love (see Colossians 3:12).
In the vertical structure, intuition is a subtle level of the mind. Intuition or insight is the timeless perception. Meditation elevates consciousness vertically. Human consciousness stretched out vertically brings light, unity, and harmony into experience. This is seen in esoteric Christianity as the in-breaking of Christ’s resurrection or Christ consciousness emerging into lower levels of reality, which is the emerging of heaven on Earth. The access to vertical thinking get distorted by fear. The vertical energy is located in the state of present, and when fear dominates the human mind becomes distorted. Fear does not just distorts the access to the vertical consciounsess, it blocks the authentic self, and this is how the ego has control, domination and power over the human mind. Ego-Time is the horizontal dimension of life, the surface layer of reality. Then there is the vertical dimension of depth, accessible to you only through the portal of the present moment. For the ego to survive, it must make time— past and future—more important than the present moment. Finer and finer energies exist as one moves up the vertical axis. When these energies are consciously matched or mirrored in the human subtle body, corresponding worlds open up to human consciousness. These ever-finer worlds can be thought of as forms of light as well as energy, descending from pure light to denser opaque forms of darkness.
The vertical axis understood as levels of mind, energy, and light can also be thought of as manifesting different qualities of meaning. Meaning descends from ultimate meaning in the divine into different kinds and qualities of meaning. The level upon which a person is conscious will determine the meaning he or she derives from life, and this meaning changes as level of being on the vertical axis changes.
Although our world is one of becoming, real transformation on the vertical axis or an increase of Being in consciousness does not happen mechanically on the linear or horizontal plane of time. On the horizontal axis, life continues in an endless round of effort towards pleasure, comfort, convenience, maintaining defenses, meeting the goals of self-esteem, and meeting the responsibilities of life (among other necessities). This round of activity has purpose in that it builds and protects the ego, but eventually a person experiences a need to reach beyond the life of the ego, a sense that there is more. This magnetic sense prompts work on the self. As Jung pointed out, transformation in the transcendent function does not happen along the natural gradient. Without this magnetic sense that there is more to being and life than what is valuable to the ego, it is inevitable that a person will feel stuck, remain self-absorbed, and continue to be controlled by the machine of personality and the materialistic values that are so characteristic of the western world.
Everyday waking consciousness is a kind of hypnotic sleep, a state of fleeting consciousness. One of the illusions of this waking state is a belief that one is actually awake and does not require healing of any kind.
Intuition or insight is the timeless perception. It is insight alone that can decondition the brain. Insight is complete and from that completeness there can be logical, sane and rational action. Only then there can be flowering of the brain. Pure clear insight is perception without any doubt. Understanding, learning and action are a cyclic process, which results in a spiral going upwards in the vertical dimension; it is a growth in the vertical dimension. The higher the understanding, the higher the expression of the Consciousness in the human brain-body system.
Undistorted vertical thinking brings Love into all of our thoughts, deeds and activities. It is through God’s grace that we have awakened to this understanding.
The divine input of Love gets distorted by fear. We often hold grievances that seem to distort the purity of the input. We may hold a belief in lack and limitation, resulting in an insufficient supply of funds. We may not have enough self-esteem to deliver our talents for an adequate income.
For the ego to survive, it must make time— past and future—more important than the present moment.
Time, that is to say. past and future, is what the false mind-made self, the ego, lives on, and time is in your mind. It isn’t something that has an objective existence “out there.” It is a mind-structure needed for sensory perception, indispensable for practical purposes, but the greatest hindrance to knowing yourself.
Time is the horizontal dimension of life, the surface layer of reality. Then there is the vertical dimension of depth, accessible to you only through the portal of the present moment. For the ego to survive, it must make time— past and future—more important than the present moment. To survive the ego must keep it in the linear scale dimensions, away from the verical scale and away from the present state of timelessness. The ego is represented through the linear and horizontal scale were the past and future scale dominates by the dreamstate. The vertical Self or authentic Self operarating on the vertical scale. The authentic self is always vertical. This self lives in the vertical dimension.
To substitute is to accept instead. If you would but consider exactly what this entails, you would perceive at once how much at variance this is with the goal the Holy Spirit has given you, and would accomplish for you. To substitute is to choose between, renouncing one aspect of the Sonship in favor of the other. For this special purpose, one is judged more valuable and the other is replaced by him. The relationship in which the substitution occurred is thus fragmented, and its purpose split accordingly. To fragment is to exclude, and substitution is the strongest defense the ego has for separation.
The Holy Spirit never uses substitutes. Where the ego perceives one person as a replacement for another, the Holy Spirit sees them joined and indivisible. He does not judge between them, knowing they are one. Being united, they are one because they are the same. Substitution is clearly a process in which they are perceived as different. One would unite; the other separate. Nothing can come between what God has joined and what the Holy Spirit secs as one. But everything seems to come between the fragmented relationships the ego sponsors to destroy.
The one emotion in which substitution is impossible is love. Fear involves substitution by definition, for it is love’s replacement. Fear is both a fragmented and fragmenting emotion. It seems to take many forms, and each one seems to require a different form of acting out for satisfaction. While this appears to introduce quite variable behavior, a far more serious effect lies in the fragmented perception from which the behavior stems. No one is seen complete. The body is emphasized, with special emphasis on certain parts, and used as the standard for comparison of acceptance or rejection for acting out a special form of fear.
You who believe that God is fear made but one substitution. It has taken many forms, because it was the substitution of illusion for truth; of fragmentation for wholeness. It has become so splintered and subdivided and divided again, over and over, that it is now almost impossible to perceive it once was one, and still is what it was. That one error, which brought truth to illusion, infinity to time, and life to death, was all you ever made. Your whole world rests upon it. Everything you see reflects it, and every special relationship that you have ever made is part of it.
You may be surprised to hear how very different is reality from what you see. You do not realize the magnitude of that one error. It was so vast and so completely incredible that from it a world of total unreality had to emerge. What else could come of it? Its fragmented aspects are fearful enough, as you begin to look at them. But nothing you have seen begins to show you the enormity of the original error, which seemed to cast you out of Heaven, to shatter knowledge into meaningless bits of disunited perceptions, and to force you to make further substitutions.
That was the first projection of error outward. The world arose to hide it. and became the screen on which it was projected and drawn between you and the truth. For truth extends inward, where the idea of loss is meaningless and only increase is conceivable. Do you really think it strange that a world in which everything is backwards and upside down arose from this projection of error? For truth brought to this could only remain within in quiet, and take no part in all the mad projection by which this world was made. Call it not sin but madness, for such it was and so it still remains. Invest it not with guilt, for guilt implies it was accomplished in reality. And above all, be not afraid of it.
When you seem to see some twisted form of the original error rising to frighten you, say only, “God is not fear, but love,” and it will disappear. The truth will save you. It has not left you, to go out into the mad world and so depart from you. Inward is sanity; insanity is outside you. You but believe it is the other way; that truth is outside, and error and guilt within. Your little, senseless substitutions, touched with insanity and swirling lightly off on a mad course like feathers dancing insanely in the wind, have no substance. They fuse and merge and separate, in shifting and totally meaningless patterns that need not be judged at all. To judge them individually is pointless. Their tiny differences in form are no real differences at all. None of them matters. That they have in common and nothing else. Yet what else is necessary to make them all the same?
Let them all go, dancing in the wind, dipping and turning till they disappear from sight, far, far outside of you. And turn you to the stately calm within, where in holy stillness dwells the living God you never left, and Who never left you. The Holy Spirit takes you gently by the hand, and retraces with you your mad journey outside yourself, leading you gently back to the truth and safety within. He brings all your insane projections and the wild substitutions that you have placed outside you to the truth. Thus he reverses the course of insanity and restores you to reason.
Shifting our perspective from the paradigm of duality and separation to one of unity cannot be done all at once, but must be done gradually through raising our vibrational frequency, clearing old subconscious programs and beliefs, and aligning ourselves with our divine design and the higher truths of our being. We must consciously choose a new way of thinking, a more inclusive perspective, an open heart, and the desire to know ourselves and cultivate our highest nature. Resonance Alchemy gives us the tools we need to make this shift. There are five essential elements to creating this shift in perspective.
The old paradigm of separation is woven deeply into our subconscious, and therefore into the very foundation of how we perceive reality.
Learning to utilize this capacity for inner choice is something we must practice. This capacity is like an inner spiritual muscle, which is often quite out of shape and in need of daily exercise and spiritual training is yoga and meditation.
Another small shift in perspective we can make is to see everything, including our thoughts, attitudes and beliefs, as energy and vibration. We can see ourselves in this world of vibration as receivers, transmitters and transformers of vibrational information. From this perspective we realize that, much like a radio or television, we have the capacity to “tune in” to, as well as transmit, many different “channels” of information, many different vibrational frequencies and through this experiencing higher dimenions of creation. We also see that the energy and vibration of any situation can be transformed by the way we interact with it and its through yoga and meditation one is able to re-wiring and re-connect to higher consciousness.
Fortunately, just as we can choose to change the television or radio channel, we have the power to choose the nature of the vibrational information we are both receiving and transmitting. Rather than getting caught up in the story of our thoughts and feelings, our personal drama, we can begin to see our inner experience as energy and vibration that can readily be transformed. As we begin to see our thoughts and feelings as vibrational information, we can see that this vibrational information we are generating creates an inner resonance, which will attract a like vibrational resonance from the outside world.
It is said in alchemy that you must have gold in order to make gold. The inner gold is in fact there within us, though it has long been buried. It is all the wonderful qualities of our inner Essence that are the human expression of our Divine Nature. The Sacred Syllables act as the catalyzing gold that is needed to activate and bring to life this inner gold, our inner spiritual resources. They create the specific higher vibrations that are needed to bring up and transform the inner roadblocks we encounter as we move toward a direct experience of inner unity.
If we want to raise our vibration, we need to prevent fear from controlling our state of being. When we find ourselves in a state of fear, we need to have a way to release fear. Learning to release fear is important because most people regularly experience fear in different forms, inducing seemingly challenging, difficult, and emotional situations that are not real but imagined. These fears keep us locked in the matrix, the morphogenetic grids of our awareness, of our active consciousness. It is also our collective consciousness that induces fears. This is how we create the vicious circle of fear in our lives.
Meditation has long been known to de-stress us and bring both inner and outer peace. It also tunes us and opens our channels for Dimensional Biofield communication. Meditation can recharge our Personal Biofield when our batteries get low, allowing us to tap into an infinite source of energy that sustains all fields and is drawn through the Dimensional Biofield.
Meditation is essential to build a bridge from the physical world, that encompasses our Personal, Social and Planetary Biofields, to the non physical world of the higher realms of the Dimensional Biofield. It is in these realms that we can gain clear access to wisdom and knowledge. It is then important for us to allow this wisdom and knowledge to manifest in our daily lives that in turn affects not just our Personal Biofield but also the Social and Planetary and the Dimensional.
As we meditate and do our activations and other inner growth exercises, we unwind this hidden core in our unconscious, releasing all our past programming and pain which allows our DNA to spiral back into a new and expanded state of presence. The core of our unconscious is alive in every particle of our DNA; remember all our seemingly separate parts are actually segmented parts of one whole, a whole that we are reuniting. As each of our chakras and Light Codes are rebalanced and healed we reweave the very fabric of our essence, opening the sacred doorway of supreme conscious awareness and soul reconnection. It is an alchemical reaction, like we finally find the correct code to “open sesame” the inner safe of our essence. It organically just opens like a flower in the sun, no effort or trying. In this way we are protected from opening too fast. As the unconscious unwinds, it allows an oxygenation and a space for more light to enter the cells, all systems working as one, no longer separated by the inner programs of separation and past emotional programming.
As you merge with the Living Light Body, the physical body has the potential to return to greater balance and wellbeing. The second-layer activations upgrade the physical body’s chemical composition and the way in which cells receive nutrition. Cells begin to recognize Light as food, as sustenance.
Fear is at the bottom of all the control devices – shutting down the Heart and putting us all into a constant state of fear. The ego is rooted in fear and its contol mechanism is fear. Fear creates control and fear feeding the roots of the ego. When ego become mass consciousness the mass consciousness also become rooted in fear based frequencies of the material world. The goal is to learn to quite and shut of the ego, learn to cut of the threads of the ego, or by a daily practices learn to die to the ego, and through this instead connect to the divine higher self that has been disconnected by the ego. When one overcome the power of the three physical chakras the mind is then no longer rooted in fear, instead become rooted in Christ Consciousness (or Buddha Consciousness) within the heart and love based frequencies.
“Wherever energy is tied in knots of self-deception, of dissonance, of selfishness, fears, doubts through the ego – thus, when the momentum of dissonance becomes too great, the top of the threefold flame cannot spin. When its three plumes are of different height, out of balance, it cannot spin, and therefore the resurrection fires do not glow. Light is the alchemical key. The alchemical key, is the key to the key. The key is the Apocalypse or cruxifixion of the state of duality and the outcome is Oneness, Harmony and Balance. In this balance the energies starts spinning and the threefold eternal starts to glow. Without the cruxifixation of duality, there can be no transforming (resurrection), no ascension, and without the bridge (cross) between the physical matter and spiritual dimension , there can be no Oneness (crown).
From a alchemical perspective cruxifixation is a process of tranformation from one state to another, its change of vibrations. Its process to overcome time (death) and duality, and negativity and fear. Time, duality, negativity and fear is the ego.
